This course applies to recertification of Trust-funded Out-of-School Providers in order to administer the required oral reading fluency outcome measure. Eligibility for enrollment includes previous attendance to the full ORF assessment training and a passing score on the ORF practical test within the last 12 months. The ORF recertification certificate is for participants who demonstrate competence in administration and scoring procedures according to the iSTEEP Oral Reading Fluency test standards.
