Nonprofit organizations use a number of online communications strategies (websites, social media, email, etc.) to increase visibility, shift attitudes, generate revenue, and engage various audiences. This interactive webinar training provides an overview of the different tools and techniques nonprofit managers can use to support missions and build relationships with constituents. Together, we will examine nonprofit organizations' use of social media to deepen participants’ understanding and offer ideas organizations can apply.
