This course dives deeper into the structure of the 30 minute Extended Read-Aloud component of the Emergent Reader Literacy Block and teaches participants how to implement an extended read-aloud, how to introduce and reinforce vocabulary, and ways to incorporate songs, brain breaks, and extension activities.
