The goals of this county-wide training are to provide: Improved safety and survivability of victims of active killer and aggressive deadly behavior events; Increased effectiveness, coordination, and resource integration between law enforcement, fire, and EMS; and Improved Command and Control which will ultimately result in lives being saved.
