In this course, you will gain an understanding of our policies and procedures when working with children, how to respond to emergency situations, and child abuse prevention and reporting. At the Y, every position—regardless of department—may involve interaction with children, so it is imperative that all staff understand the YMCA of Southern Nevada’s policies in working with children.
