Member check-in happens often, every day, and will be one of your primary responsibilities working at the welcome center. Our welcome center is also responsible for checking members out as they leave the facility. In this course, all types of member check-in will be explained and demonstrated.
Quizzing is included throughout this course and is required to complete each lesson. You may take notes and revisit topics within the course to assist you.
