This course provides a basic overview of Claims Management System (CMS) at Claims Recovery Financial Services (CRFS).
This course is intended for all employees of CRFS.
After reviewing the information provided, users will be familiar with the various tabs in the CMS system.
Upon completion of a simulation, users will be able to add a missing document request to a claim.
After completion of this course, users will be comfortable navigating the CMS system.
