This course provides a basic overview of WebCMS at Claims Recovery Financial Services (CRFS).
This course is intended for all employees of CRFS who use WebCMS.
After reviewing the information provided, users will be familiar with the various functions in WebCMS based on their role.
Upon completion of this course users will be able to enter data into WebCMS and print once completed.
