This e-learning course will provide participants with the knowledge to appropriately respond to severe weather emergencies posing a threat to life or property at Brookfield Zoo. The course outlines the three weather emergency levels, discusses incident response procedures at each level and instructs the participant on basic communication strategies when alerting guests of weather related emergencies.
