In this session, participants will review how agency is created, obligations of a licensee as agent and more about the New York Agency Disclosure form and its requirements. In-depth discussion on understanding sub-agency; are you a sub-agent of the seller or a buyer’s agent? Knowing the consequences of ‘working’ for the wrong person.
Upon Completion, participants will have learned when to disclose and how to accurately properly fill out the New York Agency Disclosure form, all about sub-agency and a general review of the fiduciary responsibilities of a real estate agent to the principal.
