SGA Sales is used by the YMCA to facilitate communications, membership check-in & accounts, offerings & the cart, and ending shifts. SGA Sales is the primary software used in revenue collection for the YMCA of South Hampton Roads. To be fully operational in SGA Sales, users need to complete this course. Users learn chunks of information in each area, and at the end of the training, hands-on coursework is used for practice which is graded prior to live site access. Quizzing is included throughout this course and is required to complete each lesson. Users may take notes and revisit topics within the course to assist in quizzes.
