This course will assist you in understanding and using the BlueTeam NextGen Frontline Software for IAPro as it relates to supervisory duties. The training is designed for all sworn supervisors to become familiar with the use of the software. BlueTeam allows supervisors to electronically manage and review use of force incidents. A simple, step-by-step internet-style interface is used, which mirrors the functionality of other RPD databases. Utilizing this software allows for use of force incidents to electronically be routed through the chain-of-command for review, approval, or editing by the original officer. This creates a more efficient process as it relates to entering and reviewing use of force reports.
