In this session, we will explore the prevalence of mental health concerns in Utah and nationally, learn strategies for creating supportive environments for adolescents in an afterschool program setting, and discuss strategies for supporting youth through positive change. We will also discuss relational aggression and learn strategies for responding in your own afterschool program.
