In this first session of the series, we will explore the ABC’s of behavior and gain an understanding of how to respond to challenging behaviors. You will learn the primary reason why people behave in certain situations and why it is relevant to afterschool programs. We will also discuss practical case scenarios to help solidify the theories and learn about setting our afterschool environments to help shape behavior.
