This course will prepare leaders to maximize the benefits of limited resources and volunteers through effective project management. The participants will have an opportunity to identify foundational behaviors for project managers as well as develop a project plan. The course provides an overview of strategies and techniques to monitor, and effectively close and evaluate a project.
