Welcome to SGA Pulse Training – Entry Accounts & Registrations. SGA Pulse is used by the YMCA to facilitate communications, membership check-in & accounts, offerings & the cart, and ending shifts. SGA Pulse is the primary software used in revenue collection for the YMCA of South Hampton Roads.
To be fully operational in SGA Pulse, users need to complete this course. Users learn chunks of information in each area, and at the end of the training, hands-on coursework is used for practice which is graded prior to live site access.
Step-by-Step instruction with screenshots are included in each section, with video demonstration and quizzing. Video demonstrations and quizzes are required in order to complete the course. Users may take notes and revisit topics within the course to assist in quizzes.
