Mandated reporters are adults who work with minors as part of their job and are required to report suspected abuse and neglect. The first section will cover the role of the mandated reporter, and the second section examines the process of making a report and the events following. Finally, the third section describes sexual abuse and the type of exploitation that must be reported.
