In this training, you will learn about the laws that govern sexual harassment and discriminatory practices associated with sexual harassment allegations; the City of Rochester’s complaint process; and the role of the manager/supervisor concerning allegations of sexual harassment or sex discrimination. You will also review the policies and procedures required by the City that a manager or supervisor must immediately initiate when complaints or allegations of any illegal discriminatory practices are made.
