We all have problems! The word "problem" may seem negative, but at their root, problems are questions that require us to think, consider solutions, and make decisions. We make hundreds of decisions each day, which means we solve hundreds of problems per day. How we approach problem solving can make a big difference for our social emotional wellness and relationships. By "social emotional wellness," we mean successfully handling stressors and adapting to change and difficult times.
This course will introduce you to effective interpersonal problem solving strategies that are designed to enhance your wellbeing and relationships. We’ll provide you with strategies for identifying and defining problems, getting into a proper headspace for problem solving, and considering others' perspectives.
