Description

TDOC is committed to being a Drug-Free Workplace. Since 1988, all employees in Security, and some others, are tested randomly and at other times for drugs and alcohol. Employees should be informed of the specifics of this policy, consequences of non-adherence, and what to expect when tested.

Upon successful completion of this class, the participants will be able to:

1. List at least six (6) of the seven (7) impacts of substance abuse on employees and employers.
2. Define an Adulterated Sample.
3. List at least eight (8) of nine (9) circumstances under which an employee may be tested for alcohol and/or drugs.
4. Identify at least four (4) of the five (5) reasons for reasonable suspicion.
