In the wake of the pandemic, many agencies are experiencing new challenges with recruitment given drastic changes to the way they function and provide services. Programs have had to adjust to a world in which hybrid services have become the norm and expectation. Similarly to how many of our own staff and programs made this transition, our recruitment strategies may too need to transition to adjust to the new “hybrid” world we now live in. Successful ways of recruiting families to our programs may look different than they did before the pandemic and our “old” recruitment strategies may no longer be feasible or viable. In this course, you will be provided with practical tools for enhancing your program’s recruitment efforts. The practical strategies provided to you during this training will encourage you to enhance your agency’s recruitment efforts to meet the new and unique needs of families.
