Each year, the Society undergoes a posting and hiring process for seasonal workers needed to support its operations. The Society has adopted a more streamlined process to allow managers to deactivate and reactivate seasonal, non-union employees who leave the organization or who have not worked/been paid for 30 days or more and who are in good standing and interested and available to return to work when needed.
