This course is designed to introduce participants to the principles and practices of continuous quality improvement (CQI). CQI is a systematic approach to identifying and addressing issues in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and systems. In this course, participants will learn about the tools and techniques used in CQI, as well as how to apply these tools to their out-of-school time programs.
