This YMCA training course has been developed for several Y systems around the country as part of their New Employee Orientation programs. Through this training, staff members are given the tools and resources that help the Y build a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn, grow, and thrive. This course covers the policies and procedures that are in place to not only protect the children, but also to protect YMCA staff and volunteers.
