This YMCA New Employee Orientation course has been developed for several YMCAs around the country. This particular course was created for the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis. New staff members learn not only the policies and procedures that will help them be successful as a YMCA of Greater Indianapolis employee, but they also gain an understanding of the impact the Y makes in the community and how they can help more people take advantage of the Y’s unique capacity to foster lasting personal and social change.
