This webinar will review best practices that counselors may employ before, during, and after their counseling sessions with potential HECM borrowers to maximize clients’ understanding and recall of HECM concepts. An interactive format will permit participants to share their own questions and suggestions, and benefit from ideas offered by other counselors.
