The Getting to Know Me form for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade is a valuable tool to help you learn about your students. This course will help you gain knowledge of the use and value of the Getting to Know Me form by identifying and addressing any strengths and interests and addressing needs or challenges related to a child’s participation in your program. We will also review how to access the form through your Inclusion Specialist or our website.
