This course is divided into two sections: Understanding and Intervening in Bullying Behavior and Creating a Supportive Classroom or Program Climate. The first section, Understanding and Intervening in Bullying Behavior, is designed to teach learners how to reduce the instances of bullying behavior within their classrooms or programs. The second part, Creating a Supportive Classroom or Program Climate, instructs how to successfully address and reduce bullying in classrooms or programs, while simultaneously creating an environment that enhances youth learning and their experiences.
