In the weekly organization update, Randy Bar welcomes a special guest, Kecia Alexander, Deputy Chief of Human Capital at Think Together, who discusses pay practices at the organization. Kecia shares that they recently updated their development around pay practices, which resulted in four areas of focus. One of these areas was creating a non-negotiables list, which led to a new LMS training for employees and managers. This training will launch on November 13th and will educate employees on pay practices.
