Module 1 of Project Based Learning, Online, will familiarize you with Project Based Learning definitions, applications and principles. Module 1 is accompanied by an electronic book, Project Based Learning and Your OST Program, found above under “resources.”. Module 2 /Section 1 of Project Based Learning, Online, will familiarize you with Project Based Learning management strategies, protocols and techniques. It will encompass: Creating a Safe Space, Key Indicators of Success, Meaningful Relationships, and Nurturing Inquiry. (Contains an exam at the end)
Module 2/Section 2 of Project Based Learning, Online, will familiarize you with Project Based Learning management strategies, protocols and techniques. It will encompass: Contracts and Accountability, Collaboration NOT CoBlabberation, Student Choice and Student Voice. (Contains an exam at the end)
Module 2/Section 3 of Project Based Learning, Online, will familiarize you with Project Based Learning management strategies, protocols and techniques. It will encompass: Rubrics, Feedback Loops, Summative Assessment and Reflection. (Contains an exam at the end)
Module 3 of Project Based Learning, Online, will break down the planning and design process for PBL units into distinct steps. Each step mirrors a specific section in the Educator’s Toolkit PBL Planning Template. (No exam)
