Developing a culture of inquiry can lead to youth empowerment and increased engagement. Inquiry can be the guiding force that helps a program move from an adult centered program to an empowering youth centered program. This session will give examples of ways to increase inquiry in any program. Participants will leave with practical next steps to bring back to their program to help make inquiry a part of the culture.
