How long do I have to complete a course?
You will have access to your training for one year from your purchase date.
How do I get a completion certificate when I finish a course?
After completing a course, go to My Courses and find the completed course. There will be a "Certificate" button where you can view your certificate.
Once I start a course, do I need to finish it before I log out?
You can log out at any time during a course, the system will bookmark (remember) where you stopped. When you reenter the course, it will start where you last left off.

Can I take a test again if I don't pass the first time?
