This training is the first in a series developed by Rise: Leader With Purpose that will take you on a diversity, equity, and inclusion journey. At the completion of this series of modules, you will have the tools you need to continue your own learning and exploration. You will also have a more developed sense of your own interpersonal understanding of racism in this country, how it affects your relationships, and how to identify steps to create change in yourself, your family, your communities, and your teams.
