Violence in the workplace is a serious concern necessitating an immediate response, beginning with management commitment and employee involvement. Addressing the complex nature of the threat or acts of violence is best handled by an experienced multidisciplinary team approach. The Workplace Violence Prevention Program will outline the causative factors of workplace violence and outline remedial approaches to eliminate violent acts or threat of violence to our employees.
