We are pleased to announce Denver Zoo is partnering with Eden Health to assist with COVID symptoms tracking and clearing staff to return to work.
What does this mean to you?
This means if you are experiencing any symptoms, you must report those symptoms through the app; the app, backed by qualified medical professionals, will guide you to a Cleared or Please Isolate message. You will then contact your supervisor immediately to discuss scheduling impacts. The app will also provide you guidance on testing and/or seeing a medical professional.

To help you get acquainted with the breadth of services provided by Eden Health and the way it impacts our COVID-19 procedures moving forward, employees are required to watch a 25-minute “Eden Health Welcome Webinar” by Sunday, January 16th or sooner by logging into your EBRIDGE account.
Download the Eden app and register as a Denver Zoo employee after you review the webinar. (Access code: TDJTU)
Eden will send you an email directly on Friday morning with instructions on how to download the app and register with your email address. We have also attached the user guide on how to register.
While Eden Health offers many health benefits to you, Denver Zoo is requiring all COVID-19 related symptom screenings, COVID-19 test results, and other isolation and quarantine scenarios be routed through this platform beginning on Monday, January 10th, 2022.
