Welcome to our course on developing your guided path to wellness! In a different course in the wellbeing series, we talked about getting to know yourself a little better. You learned how to identify your signature strengths and how to apply them in your daily lives. You also explored your various identities and the individual and social factors that make up your identities. You were able to consider how society views people with your identities and we explored how that impacts your wellbeing. Awareness of your various identities can help promote self-awareness and connectedness with others. We also explored how we spend our time and identified ways that you can fill your time with activities that are energizing rather than depleting.
