First Steps: Guest Relations is designed to help employees in the skills they need in order to create a positive, enjoyable experience for your guests. The program focuses on six acts of hospitality: Smile, Meet and Greet, Ask and Suggest, Know the Answer, Friendly Farewell. In addition, the program includes a brief refresher on basic safety, the importance of keeping the facility clean and teamwork.
