My course won't set to complete and still shows as "in progress."

You must watch the entire video. Skipping through the course is not allowed.

Are Continuing Education Units (CEUs) offered?

Yes, CEUs are provided for these courses. Please view details of the course to determine how many CEUs are awarded.

How long do I have to complete a course?

You will have access to your training for one year from your purchase date.

How do I get a completion certificate when I finish a course?

After completing a course, go to My Courses and find the completed course. There will be a "Certificate" button where you can view your certificate.

Once I start a course, do I need to finish it before I log out?

You can log out at any time during a course, the system will bookmark (remember) where you stopped. When you reenter the course, it will start where you last left off.

Can I take a test again if I don't pass the first time?

You may take tests as many times as needed until you pass with a score of 80% percent or higher.
