Months of coping with the stressors of COVID-19, losses, grief, burnout, uncertainty, and anxiety are taking a toll on our emotional health. If you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed, you are not alone! In this training you will learn and practice several stress reduction strategies to calm your body and mind. These techniques may also be used with caregivers and families that you work with.
This training is appropriate for front-line providers serving families.
