Applications for the 24-25 Paramedic Class will Close July 1st 2024 any Applications received after July 1st 2024 will be placed on file for the next next class (25-26 Paramedic Class)

This Registration is for the MVHS EMS Paramedic Original Class.

You must be a current NYS EMT to register for this class. If you are not a current EMT you will need to take an EMT Original or EMT Refresher class before you can apply to the Paramedic Program.

Tuition for the class is $6400. Once accepted into the class a $300 deposit that is paid to hold your seat and $6100 is due for the remainder of the class. For Payments for the deposit or the reminder tuition for the class. Please contact Bill Perry at 315-738-8351

Applying to be in the Paramedic Program has a few of steps that need to be completed. Please see the steps below.

Step 1: Registering on Collabornation and Filling out the Application

Please click the register button below to register. In addition to registering on CollaborNation you will need to fill out an online application for the program. The application is located on the Midstate EMS Website under The Paramedic Program tab at the top of the webpage Or click the link below to go directly to the application.

Step 2: Scheduling an Interview

Now that the application has been filled out and you have registered for the class you will need to schedule an interview for the paramedic program. Please click the link below to schedule an interview. When scheduling an interview you will need to put in your First Name, Last Name, and email address.

For the interview please bring:

• A Copy of your EMT Card
• 2 letters of Recommendation (at least one letter of recommendation must be from someone that is in the EMS field.)

Step 3: The Interview

Please show up early or on time for your scheduled interview. You will have a 20 minute meeting with the Paramedic Instructors. Following this meeting you will take an EMT Exam as part of the application process. Any additional steps will be given out during your interview.
