In this rich, four-hour in-person intensive designed for mid-level communications, marketing, and development staff (or other nonprofit leaders who manage communications), you'll learn a proven framework for developing a strategic public relations plan that allows you to reach and engage your most important stakeholders with messaging that inspires them to action.


You’ll engage with peers through class exercises that allow you to apply what you learn, discuss your unique communications issues, and problem solve together. This interactive workshop will show you how to plan in the current environment, maximize opportunities and mitigate challenges.


You'll leave with a better understanding of how to create a plan that will most effectively deepen stakeholder relationships, raise money, and move your mission forward.
