This is a Virtual lecture
NYC Health + Hospitals (Kings County and Bellevue Hospitals) and Town of Wallkill EMS invite you to an exploration of the historical lack of diversity in the EMS workforce and what having a diverse workforce means for culturally competent care, reduced communication barriers, and decreased healthcare disparities. Our guest speaker is Ahmed Salem, BS, OMS II, EMTP, an EMS educator, medical student, and Paramedic.
