All attendees must register via www.glenoaksvac.org/cme
All registered attendees will be sent a link to verify attendance. Once course attendance is verified, they will receive a certificate for 3 hours of CME NYC REMAC Category A, 3 hours NYSDOH Non-Core/Elective
Certificates will be emailed seven days after the course date
