May 4, 2025 09:00-13:00 hrs. (3.5hrs. CIU Credit, No fee)

This course is only for Certified Instructor Coordinators (CIC) and Certified Lab Instructors (CLI).

All students must submit the following:

Application for Emergency Medical Services Certification [DOH-65] (Required for all courses)
A copy of your Certified Instructor Coordinator or Certified Lab Instructor certification.
Copy of EMS Provider Card
