Description

This was the 9th coaching session for coachee. The coachee is working toward the following goals


Coaching goal 1: Setting up alerts to send to facilitators to complete referral linkage - goal in progress

Coaching goal 2: Creating a new redcap project for the new contract year - goal in progress

Coaching goal 3: Add developmental screening to REDCap - goal in progress

Coaching goal 4: Use custom record labels - goal met


The team agreed to 2 action steps:  

Action Step 1: (Coachee) Finish adding at-risk variables into alert

Action Step 2: (Coachee) Test all measures and fix an error messages
