Join our transformative Inclusive Leadership: Building a Just Society series, a dynamic 2-part learning experience designed for current and aspiring leaders. This series equips participants with practical tools and insights to foster inclusive workplace cultures, strengthen team engagement, and lead with equity and intention.
Through guided discussion, reflection, and real-world application, participants will explore strategies to create more inclusive environments while navigating the challenges and opportunities of leadership in diverse communities.
This series includes two 1.5-hour sessions designed to build upon one another and provide participants with a meaningful and engaging leadership development experience.
Participants are encouraged to attend both sessions to gain the full benefit of the series and deepen their understanding of inclusive leadership practices that support stronger organizations and communities.
This series includes a certificate of completion.
