How long do I have to complete the course?
You will have access to your training for one year from your purchase date.
How do I get a completion certificate when I finish a course?
After completing a course, go to My Courses and find the completed course. There will be a "Certificate" button where you can view your certificate.
Once I start a course, do I need to finish it before I log out?
You can log out at any time during the course, the system will bookmark (remember) where you stopped. When you reenter the course, it will start where you last left off.

Can I take the test again if I don't pass the first time?
You may take the test as many times as needed until you pass with a score of 75% percent or higher.
